I support women who struggle with anxious attachment—the overthinking, over-giving, and constant worrying about where you stand or what that last text meant. You want love that feels steady, mutual, and secure, but you're not sure how to get there—yet.
I get it, because I've been there too. It took me a long time to understand how to heal, but now that I've understood the core patterns—and how to shift them, I want to help you get there with more clarity, and less confusion and heartache.
With a foundation of Emotionally-Focused Therapy, my approach blends attachment science, nervous system regulation, deep emotional processing, somatics, and parts work.
Together, we’ll untangle the patterns keeping you stuck and help you build the confidence, self-trust, and relationship skills you need to choose (and keep) partners who truly show up.
If you're ready to go deep and do the work to break the cycle,
I'd love to support you. Book your free consult call today:

a bit about me
I love nature, plants, gardening, photography, playing guitar, singing, karaoke ('80s, '90s, and '00s hits all day please), and dancing my heart out.
I lived in Montreal for 10 years where I worked as an assistant to an illustrator, was in 2 bands, and volunteered in community bike shops.
I still dream of being a Spice Girl.

This is what beginning the therapy process looks like.
Book a complimentary consult call to see if working together could be a good fit.
If we choose to go ahead, we'll book your first session together (or you can do it on your own). Then you'll fill in your intake and informed consent form on your own.

In your first few sessions, we'll discuss your current challenges, some personal history, and relationship experiences. We'll begin creating a therapeutic plan tailored to you, weaving in resources, nervous system regulation, and new skills as we go.
