About

Hi, I'm Zinta!

I help people who are ready to leave behind the anxiety, insecurity, confusion, and emotional pain that keeps lingering.

In my work with clients, and through understanding myself more deeply, I've come to see just how strongly our early experiences and relationships shape our sense of self and the world around us. They impact who we believe we are, what we think we're capable of, and how safe and confident we feel navigating challenges and the unfamiliar paths ahead of us.

If you've had experiences that shrank your sense of self and safety, it makes complete sense that you struggle to move forward with things that are important to you.

If you've had experiences that frayed your nervous system with all you had to survive, it makes sense that you feel overwhelmed in any given moment and are ready to snap or melt down.

The good news is that things don't have to stay this way. When you meet the moments and emotions that shaped you in a new way, they can shift and let go of the hold they have on you.

I'm here to help you do just that.

Together, let's shift you into new ways of being and relating that feel more secure, grounded, and aligned with the person you're becoming.

a bit more about me

I'm a huge nerd for emotions, mental health, attachment science, and relationships.

I spent my twenties in Montreal, where I became more and more interested in mental health and how it's impacted by the way we process and relate to our emotions. I discovered that there were researchers studying emotion and my mind was blown—I kind of couldn't believe it. Now, understanding and working with emotion is a big part of my work with clients.

When I'm not working, I love spending time in nature, gardening, crafting, photographing landscapes as well as the moon, and playing guitar. If you're lucky, you might catch me at karaoke, belting out '80s Madonna.

I lived in Montreal for 10 years where I worked as an assistant to an illustrator, was in 2 bands, and volunteered in community bike shops.
